COVID-19
We all have a responsibility to keep each other safe at this year’s Tourism & Hospitality Conference. Whilst the success of the vaccine programme in Wales has provided us with the opportunity to meet in-person this year, we all must take steps to stop the spread of COVID-19
Entry
To help ensure a safe conference, we will require attendees to evidence ONE of the following :

- Double vaccination at least two weeks prior - This can be evidenced EITHER by your vaccination card which was stamped when you received your vaccination, Or the new Covid pass (details below)
- Or recent negative lateral flow or PCR test result (valid for 48 hours from result)
- Or Natural immunity shown by a positive PCR test result within the last 180 days (following completion of the self-isolation period)

Before you Arrive
We encourage all attendees to take a free Lateral Flow Test before they travel to the Conference.
You must not attend the Conference if you test positive or if you have any of the following symptoms:
If you have any of these symptoms or your Lateral Flow Test is positive, please take a PCR test and stay at home, self-isolating until you receive your PCR test result. You can book a PCR test here.

- High temperature
- New, continuous cough
- Loss or change to your sense of smell or taste
If you have any of these symptoms or your Lateral Flow Test is positive, please take a PCR test and stay at home, self-isolating until you receive your PCR test result. You can book a PCR test here.
At the Conference
We have worked to ensure that the Conference is a safe environment. You will notice hand sanitiser stations available for delegates to use, as well as enhanced cleaning regimes across all event rooms and catering areas. Event rooms at the venue will also be properly ventilated. You can view further details on the venue’s COVID-19 measures here.
Facemasks
We encourage attendees to wear facemasks in crowded and enclosed areas where you come into contact with people you don’t usually meet.
